		<description>The cool thing is Nevada is the first in the country to have such a program that will allow a face to face meeting between the borrower and the lender. Of course the lawyers are making 400 bucks for the time. Just kidding Robert! Since we are still leading the nation in foreclosures, at least were leading in something that can help!</description>
