The cool thing is Nevada is the first in the country to have such a program that will allow a face to face meeting between the borrower and the lender. Of course the lawyers are making 400 bucks for the time. Just kidding Robert! Since we are still leading the nation in foreclosures, at least were leading in something that can help!

Katheryn, I think this is a great idea for agents putting in offers. I just assumed listing agents would follow this line of thinking, but with the amount of offers being submitted, it might have slipped their mind.
With our shrinking inventory, it’s getting more and more difficult for us to get accepted offers for our clients. Thanks for all your help. YOU ROCK!

That is such a straightforward, no nonsense approach to the Vulcan Time Warp of today’s real estate market.
Simple instructions and a clear reminder of the Listing Agent’s duty to present and return a response.
And, of course, the equal duty of the Selling Agent to give a timely response to a counter offer.
Well put. It will be used. Like Janet, I will place it in a meeting as well.

Kathryn, these are excellent suggestions! Unresponsiveness is my agents’ number one complaint!!! It is time that GLVAR addresses this issue and forces compliance amongst its members.
