I know this is a little out of the nine dots of Zen real estate but  in accordence with “being in the present”, I just had dinner with  friends at a great little gourmet bistro that I would like to share with my fellow bloggers.

What made this experience so special? My first impression as I walked in was a casual but elegant ambiance. We were greeted promptly and cordially by the host  and when we requested a quiet table, were seated in a lovely corner table. The service was impeccable, the menu offered a  variety of choices and an amazing wine selection. I guess  I  would break my experience down to this:

  •  a postive first impression
  • great service
  • a meal that exceeded my expectation

…..Wait a minute, this could be about real estate.

After all,  there isn’t much difference in the services that we provide as real estate agents and the level of service that we expect as consumers.  Getting and receiving great customer service-kinda of a karmic law thing, right? Don’t expect what you don’t give.

I highly recommend the berry crepe for desert and if you have time, shop their wine and gourmet section.

Try out the Bleu Gourmet for your next lunch or dinner–Bon Appetit!!
